Professional growth opportunities **Financial Services Coordinator** **Super Beneficios LLC** **Location: Al Wakrah, Qatar** Position Overview Super Beneficios LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and organized **Financial Services Coordinator** to support the company’s financial operations. The role involves coordinating financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate day\-to\-day financial operations, including payment processing, invoicing, and account reconciliations * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date financial records and documentation * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances * Support budget tracking and expense monitoring across departments * Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies * Ensure compliance with company financial policies and relevant regulations in Qatar * Assist the finance team with audits and financial reviews * Support administrative financial tasks as required Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in financial coordination, accounting, or similar role * Strong understanding of basic accounting principles * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Knowledge of financial regulations in Qatar is an advantage Preferred Skills * Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly What We Offer * Competitive salary package * Professional growth opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Opportunity to work in a growing company in the financial services sector Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
