We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and detail\-oriented Cleaners to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments at our client sites. **What You'll Do:** * Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas (offices, restrooms, common areas, residential units). * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate equipment. * Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and pantry areas. * Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste. * Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. * Replenish cleaning supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper). * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. * Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). * Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage. * Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. * Reliable, punctual, and detail\-oriented. * Willing to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends if required. * **Visa sponsorship, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company.** **Nice to Have:** * Experience using industrial cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, polishers). * Knowledge of proper handling of cleaning chemicals. * Basic English communication skills. * Knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus. **What We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary paid on time. * **Free shared accommodation** near the work location. * **Free transportation** to and from work sites. * Health insurance as per Qatar Labor Law. * Annual leave as per Qatar Labor Law. * Visa sponsorship and QID processing. * Overtime opportunities at premium rates. * Uniform and cleaning equipment provided. * Stable, long\-term employment.
