Lead and manage the entire operations independently We are a well\-established Facility Management company in Qatar seeking a dynamic, result\-oriented **General Manager** to lead and manage the organization independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall operations, project execution, business development, and strategic growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the entire operations of the Facility Management firm independently * Oversee existing FM contracts and projects, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction * Develop and execute strategies to secure new projects and business opportunities * Handle client negotiations, proposals, tendering, and contract finalization * Manage hard and soft services, including MEP, HVAC, civil, cleaning, security, landscaping, etc. * Supervise project managers, engineers, supervisors, and support staff * Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, safety standards, and quality systems * Manage budgeting, cost control, profitability, and operational efficiency * Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities Candidate Requirements: * Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred) * UPDA Grade A or B – mandatory * Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed Facility Management company * Proven experience in both hard and soft services * Demonstrated ability to bring projects/business for the company * Strong leadership, decision\-making, and negotiation skills * Excellent communication and client management abilities * Ability to work independently and take full ownership of company operations What We Offer: * Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience) * Opportunity to lead and grow a well\-established FM organization * High level of autonomy and strategic responsibility Interested candidates may apply by sending their CV with relevant experience details.
