Role Overview We are seeking a **Research \& Development (R\&D) Manager** to lead innovation initiatives, oversee product development, and manage cross\-functional research projects. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership to transform ideas into impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities * **Innovation Strategy**: Define and execute R\&D strategies aligned with organizational goals. * **Project Leadership**: Manage research projects from concept to commercialization. * **Cross\-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver results. * **Technology Development**: Drive the creation of new products, processes, and solutions. * **Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements. Qualifications * Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (PhD preferred). * 8\+ years of experience in R\&D management, preferably in technology or industrial sectors. * Strong knowledge of **product development lifecycle** and innovation frameworks. * Proven leadership and project management skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. * Experience working in multinational environments, ideally within the GCC region.
