We are looking for a **Logistics Operations Manager (m/f/d)** who can take full ownership of day\-to\-day operations and elevate performance across transport, warehouse, and dispatch functions. You are not just supervising logistics activity—you are shaping operational flow, improving systems, and ensuring every delivery meets the highest standards of speed, safety, and accuracy. You will act as the key link between drivers, warehouse teams, clients, and senior management, ensuring smooth execution across all logistics functions. Key Responsibilities: **End\-to\-End Operations Management:** Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, freight movement, warehouse coordination, and cargo handling. **Fleet \& Dispatch Control:** Manage scheduling, dispatch planning, route optimization, and vehicle utilization to ensure timely and cost\-efficient deliveries. **Team Leadership:** Supervise drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators, ensuring accountability and high performance across all functions. **Performance Monitoring:** Track operational KPIs such as delivery timelines, fuel efficiency, turnaround time, and cost control. **Process Improvement:** Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency. **Client Coordination:** Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment handling and issue resolution. **Compliance Management:** Ensure all operations comply with Qatar transport regulations and safety standards. **Reporting:** Prepare clear operational reports for management highlighting performance, risks, and improvement opportunities. What We Are Looking For: **Experience:** 5–8 years in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transportation operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. **Operational Expertise:** Strong understanding of fleet management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination. **GCC Experience:** Previous experience in Qatar or GCC logistics operations is highly desirable. **Leadership Skills:** Ability to manage teams in fast\-paced, time\-sensitive environments while maintaining operational discipline. **Problem\-Solving Mindset:** Ability to respond quickly to disruptions and optimize operations under pressure. **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with logistics systems, tracking tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting tools). **Communication:** Clear and professional communication with internal teams, drivers, and external stakeholders. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٢٠٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: عمل هجين يتم عن بُعد في Doha (Doha)
