Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cable Diagnostic Testing / Analysis Engineer to perform diagnostic testing, analyze results, and ensure electrical systems meet safety and quality standards. Highlights: 1. Lead cable diagnostic testing and condition assessment. 2. Analyze test results to identify faults and insulation issues. 3. Prepare technical test reports and recommendations. **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced **Cable Diagnostic Testing / Analysis Engineer** with strong electrical engineering knowledge and relevant **Oil \& Gas experience**. The candidate will be responsible for cable diagnostic testing, analysis, reporting, and ensuring electrical systems meet safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostic testing and condition assessment of electrical cables. * Analyze test results and identify faults, defects, and insulation issues. * Prepare technical test reports and recommendations. * Ensure testing activities comply with safety, quality, and project requirements. * Coordinate with electrical, maintenance, and project teams. * Support electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in **Electrical Engineering**. * Minimum **15 years of relevant experience**. * Minimum **5 years of Oil \& Gas experience**. * Strong experience in cable testing, diagnostics, and analysis. * Good knowledge of electrical testing standards, procedures, and safety practices. * Strong analytical, reporting, and troubleshooting skills. * **Qatar / GCC experience is preferred.** * **Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.** * **Valid QID / Qatar ID is required for Qatar\-based candidates.** * **NOC or transferable visa status is preferred.** * Candidates who can **join immediately or within a short notice period** are preferred.
