Position Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Aviation Coordinator** to oversee daily aviation operations, manage client relations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, aviation knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively between teams, partners, and regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate flight schedules, ground operations, and logistics. * Liaise with airlines, airports, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor compliance with aviation safety and security regulations. * Prepare operational reports, documentation, and performance metrics. * Support management in planning and executing aviation projects. * Handle client inquiries and provide professional assistance. * Assist in organizing aviation\-related events, training, and workshops. * Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in aviation coordination, operations, or logistics. * Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. * Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aviation management systems. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, high\-pressure environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
