Opportunities for growth in the non-profit and development sector **Job Title: Foundation Program Coordinator** **Company:** IJ Foundation LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** IJ Foundation LLC is seeking a dedicated and highly organized **Foundation Program Coordinator** to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of foundation\-led educational, community, and development programs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth program operations, effective stakeholder coordination, and accurate reporting of project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily operations of foundation programs and initiatives. * Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing educational and community development projects. * Liaise with internal teams, partners, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders. * Monitor program progress and ensure activities are delivered on time and within scope. * Maintain accurate program records, reports, and documentation. * Support budget tracking and administrative requirements for ongoing projects. * Organize workshops, training sessions, seminars, and outreach activities. * Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and impact reports for management and donors. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and program guidelines. * Identify operational challenges and support continuous improvement of program delivery. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, NGO work, education, or community development. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in non\-profit organizations, foundations, or CSR programs. * Strong reporting, documentation, and data management skills. * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. * Passion for community development and social impact initiatives. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Meaningful work contributing to social impact initiatives * Professional and supportive work environment * Opportunities for growth in the non\-profit and development sector in Doha, Qatar نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
