Drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration **Job Title:** Process Engineering Manager **Company:** Motorox Gear LLC **Location:** West Bay, Al Jazeera Tower, 15th Floor, Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 40,000 per month (Tax\-Free) **Job Type:** Full\-time, Permanent **Role Objective** Motorox Gear LLC is looking for a strategic **Process Engineering Manager** to oversee our manufacturing and operational workflows. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and quality. This role bridges the gap between high\-level engineering strategy and daily floor operations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Process Optimization:** Analyze existing production workflows and implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase throughput. * **Department Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and technicians, ensuring departmental KPIs are met. * **Project Management:** Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and the implementation of automated systems from the West Bay headquarters. * **Operational Excellence:** Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all engineering activities comply with international safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001\). * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Quality Assurance departments to troubleshoot bottlenecks and enhance product durability. * **Budgeting:** Manage the engineering department’s CAPEX and OPEX budgets, providing monthly performance reports to the Executive Director. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
