Reduce defects and ensure on-time delivery with high quality Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Production \& Quality Manager** to oversee daily production operations and ensure all products meet company quality standards, customer expectations, and operational requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, improving efficiency, maintaining product consistency, reducing defects, and ensuring on\-time delivery while maintaining high\-quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. * Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved. * Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process. * Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. * Conduct regular inspections and quality audits. * Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales departments. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards. * Analyze production data and prepare performance reports. * Train, supervise, and evaluate production and quality staff. * Reduce material waste and improve operational efficiency. * Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. * Proven experience in production management and quality control. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance systems. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Continuous improvement mindset. * Experience in factory, warehouse, or production environments. Working Conditions * Factory / warehouse / production environment. * Extended working hours may be required during peak production periods.
