We are seeking a detail\-oriented Contracts Engineer (Civil) to join our fit\-out team immediately. The candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in contracts, variations, and commercial support within the construction sector.
Responsibilities:
* Review project contracts, subcontracts, and technical agreements
* Administer contractual obligations in line with project specifications and scope
* Prepare and follow up on contractual correspondences related to scope, delays, and variations
* Monitor change orders, additional works, and variation submissions
* Assist in preparation of notices related to delays, claims, and contractual risks
* Coordinate with project managers, technical engineers, and QS team on contract matters
* Maintain contract logs, correspondence records, and document registers
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for contractual clarifications
* Track contractual milestones, deliverables, and scope compliance
* Support commercial team in protecting contractual rights and warranty conditions
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
* 4–6 years of experience in contract administration within fit\-out or construction projects
* Familiarity with standard construction contract forms is preferred
* Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
* Proficient in MS Office
* Good communication and time\-management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Available to join immediately
