Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation **Civil Engineer** **CSI Ingenieria – Doha, Qatar** **Location:** Unit 14, West Bay, Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 252,000 per year Job Summary CSI Ingenieria is seeking a qualified and detail\-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. * Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports. * Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with project requirements. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders. * Review and approve construction materials, methods, and workmanship. * Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. * Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Identify engineering challenges and provide practical technical solutions. * Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and cost estimates. * Support quality assurance and quality control activities throughout project execution. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Professional engineering certification or registration is preferred. * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant civil engineering experience. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural design, and project management principles. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other engineering software. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills * Experience working on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of Qatar construction regulations and standards. * Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities. * Experience with cost estimation and contract administration. * Familiarity with BIM and modern engineering technologies.
