Exposure to diverse business operations **Administrative Coordinator** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Company:** Circumamb LLC **Position Overview:** Circumamb LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between departments, assisting in communication flow, documentation, scheduling, and general office management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning * Manage scheduling, meetings, and calendar organization for management and staff * Prepare, review, and maintain official documents, reports, and correspondence * Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders * Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for company records * Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination * Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks when required * Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently * Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures * Support event planning, meetings, and corporate activities **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) * 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High attention to detail and problem\-solving skills * Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in office management systems or ERP tools * Prior experience in a corporate or multinational environment * Time management and prioritization abilities **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Professional growth opportunities * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Exposure to diverse business operations الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
