The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office and store operations, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries professionally. * Manage day\-to\-day office operations and coordinate store activities. * Maintain records, documents, inventory, and administrative files. * Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal team members. * Follow up on inquiries, orders, and deliveries. * Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or a similar role. * Experience in quotation preparation is mandatory. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Good knowledge of MS Office and general office procedures. * Ability to handle multiple tasks independently. * Valid Qatar driving license is required.
