The role involves monitoring stock movements, conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations, verifying receiving and issuing transactions, investigating discrepancies, and preparing inventory reports. Working closely with the Purchasing, Cost Control, and Operations teams, the Inventory Controller supports efficient inventory management, minimizes stock variances, and helps maintain effective operational controls. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy. * Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations. * Verify receiving, issuing, and transfer transactions. * Investigate inventory discrepancies. * Prepare inventory reports and support audits. * Coordinate with Purchasing, Cost Control, and Operations **Requirements**: * Previous experience in inventory control, preferably within the hospitality or F\&B industry. * Strong organizational and analytical skills. * Good knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel. * High attention to detail.
