Operate independently without support leads **READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING \-** **Business Development Manager – Printing \& Packaging (STRICT REQUIREMENTS)** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Industry:** Printing \& Packaging **Salary:** QAR 8,000 per month **Monthly Sales Target:** QAR 40,000 **Sales Expected:** **From the 1st month itself** **50% Target Achieved \= Only 50% Salary Given** **5% Commission over and above sales target.** **No Sales \- only 1000 QAR will given.** **DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL CONDITIONS BELOW** ❌ No Printing / Packaging experience ❌ Expecting company\-provided sales leads ❌ Unable to generate business independently ❌ Uncomfortable with daily reporting and target pressure ❌ Visiting office daily is a must You will use your own laptop **MANDATORY – NON\-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS** * **Minimum 3–5 years of DIRECT sales experience in PRINTING / PACKAGING – MUST** * **Sales must be generated from the FIRST MONTH** * **Candidate must generate OWN leads** * **No Fuel or No Mobile Allowance No Accommodation.** **You must have your own driving license and your own car** ( *No company leads, databases, or contacts will be provided*) * **Proven ability to close deals independently** * **Local candidates in Qatar ONLY** * **Valid Qatar Driving License** (own car) Job Description (Read Carefully) This role is strictly for **experienced printing and packaging sales professionals** who can **operate independently without support leads**.
