Summary: Operate CNC routers for furniture production, including program loading, material fixing, tool setting, monitoring cutting, and performing basic machine maintenance. Highlights: 1. Operate CNC routers for furniture parts (cabinets, wardrobes, doors, panels) 2. Load CNC programs, set tools, and monitor cutting accuracy 3. Perform machine cleaning, maintenance, and report issues Key Responsibilities * Operate CNC routers for furniture parts like cabinets, wardrobes, doors, panels * Load CNC programs (G\-code) received from design/CAM team * Fix sheets (plywood/MDF) properly on the machine bed * Set tools, zero points, and machine parameters * Monitor cutting to ensure accuracy and avoid material damage * Check finished parts with drawings and measurements * Label parts for assembly as per layout * Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance * Report tool wear, breakage, or machine issues Software Exposure (preferred) * AutoCAD drawings reading * SketchUp layouts understanding * Aspire / ArtCAM / VCarve (for CNC files) Can Join Immediately Work Location: In person
