




Summary: Seeking a hands-on HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies, oversee operations, and build HR systems from the ground up to support organizational growth. Highlights: 1. Drive talent acquisition, engagement, and organizational development programs **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth plans * Lead and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration * Establish and build HR systems, policies, procedures, frameworks, and governance structures from the ground up * Design and implement organization structures, job descriptions, grading systems, KPIs, competency frameworks, and workforce planning initiatives * Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development programs * Develop HR dashboards, metrics, and strategic reports to support management decision\-making * Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements * Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and future growth plans **Key Requirements** ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ✅ 8\+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership and management roles ✅ Proven experience establishing and developing HR departments, systems, policies, and processes from scratch ✅ Strong background in HR strategy, organizational development, and HR operations ✅ Experience in organization design, workforce planning, KPI development, and performance management systems ✅ Experience in manufacturing, contracting, trading, or industrial sectors preferred ✅ Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices ✅ CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred ✅ Strong leadership, change management, stakeholder management, and business partnering capabilities ✅ Must be locally available in Qatar and can join immediately **Ideal Candidate Profile** We are looking for a hands\-on HR leader who can not only manage day\-to\-day HR operations but also build, structure, and transform the HR function to support organizational growth, scalability, and long\-term business success.
