The successful candidates will be responsible for the design, production, repair, and refurbishment of high\-quality leather products, including handbags, footwear, and automotive car seat upholstery. The role requires excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and proficiency in working with various leather materials and industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities * Design, cut, stitch, assemble, and finish leather products such as bags, shoes, and automotive car seats. * Repair, restore, and refurbish leather goods according to company quality standards. * Measure, mark, and prepare leather materials based on technical drawings, patterns, or specifications. * Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, cutting tools, and leatherworking equipment. * Inspect finished products to ensure superior quality, durability, and appearance. * Select appropriate leather types, colors, and materials for different projects. * Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines and customer requirements. * Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. * Identify and resolve production or repair issues efficiently. Qualifications \& Requirements * Proven experience as a Leather Technician, Leather Craftsman, Upholstery Technician, or similar role. * Hands\-on experience in leather goods manufacturing, shoe making, bag production, or automotive upholstery. * Strong knowledge of leather types, stitching techniques, cutting methods, and finishing processes. * Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, patterns, and design drawings. * Skilled in the use of leatherworking tools and industrial sewing machines. * Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Commitment to delivering high\-quality workmanship.
