Summary: Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for interior fit-out projects, responsible for accurate estimates, supplier coordination, and tendering. Highlights: 1. Support tendering activities and conduct quantity take-offs We are currently seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit\-Out to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess hands\-on experience in interior fit\-out projects with strong commercial awareness and the ability to prepare accurate project estimates, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and support tendering activities. **Key Responsibilities** · Prepare cost estimates for various project stages including material costs, labor, equipment, mobilization, and preliminary expenses based on sketches, drawings, and project requirements. · Conduct quantity take\-offs and verify quantities in accordance with BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender adjustment schedules for detailed pricing analysis. · Prepare and issue RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers and follow up to obtain competitive quotations for tender submissions. · Coordinate and negotiate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding pricing and commercial aspects of projects. · Attend tender site meetings to collect technical and commercial information required for project estimation. · Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and site conditions relevant to tender requirements. · Prepare technical documents and supporting information for submission along with commercial proposals. · Assist in feasibility assessments and budgeting exercises during the tendering phase. · Maintain accurate estimation records and ensure timely completion of tender submissions. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. · Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior fit\-out projects. · Experience in commercial projects is an added advantage. · Strong knowledge of estimation processes, quantity take\-offs, BOQ analysis, and tendering procedures. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. · Strong analytical and negotiation skills. · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Excellent communication and coordination abilities. · Willingness to attend site visits and tender meetings as required. **Preferred Profile** · Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred. · Immediate joiners will be an advantage. Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR6,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
