The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the local property market. Candidates must possess a valid driving license and own a car. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. * Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. * Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors. * Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing transactions. * Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and industry developments. * Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and necessary documentation. * Achieve individual sales and leasing targets set by the company. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy. * Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. * Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities. * Valid driving license. * Own vehicle is mandatory. * Good knowledge of the local real estate market. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. **Benefits:** * Attractive commission structure. * Marketing and administrative support. * Professional working environment. * Career growth and development opportunities.
