Job Responsibilities \- Generate and follow up on leads to identify potential clients. \- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. \- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients. \- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. \- Promote available properties through different marketing channels and platforms. \- Achieve individual and team sales targets. \- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property transactions. \- Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and opportunities. \- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and successful transactions. Job Requirements \- Previous experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred. \- Preferably candidates with a valid NOC. \- Must own a car or be able to rent one. \- Good knowledge of MS Office tools. \- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. \- Strong sales and customer service skills. \- Self\-motivated, confident, and target\-driven. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is an advantage.
