Negotiate terms to achieve cost savings We are seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement Executive with **2–5 years** of relevant experience in the **ICT, ELV, and Cyber Security industry.** The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT, networking, and ELV products while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Transferable visa with NOC (Mandatory). * Manage end\-to\-end procurement processes for ICT , ELV and Cyber Security products such as networking equipment, structured cabling, servers, CCTV, access control, and related solutions. * Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers within the local and international market. * Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings. * Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements. * Maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and OEM partners. * Coordinate with sales and technical teams to understand product specifications and project needs. * Track orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure availability of stock. * Ensure compliance with employer policies and procurement procedures. * Handle documentation including LPOs, invoices, delivery notes, and vendor contracts. * Monitor market trends, pricing, and new product availability.
