We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our team, an authentic Arabic restaurant known for its traditional cuisine, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be of **Arabic nationality**, fluent in **Arabic and English**, and have a proven background in restaurant supervision, with a strong understanding of Arabic culture and hospitality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high\-quality service. * Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. * Communicate effectively with both guests and team members in **Arabic and English**. * Ensure all hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are consistently met. * Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. * Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless service. * Monitor inventory, assist with stock control, and support cost management. * Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. * Support management in achieving operational goals and maintaining brand standards. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **Restaurant Supervisor** or **Team Leader** in an **Arabic or Middle Eastern restaurant**. * **Arabic nationality** (required). * **Fluent in Arabic and English** (spoken and written). * In\-depth knowledge of Arabic cuisine and dining traditions. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
