Exposure to international business operations Finance Coordinator **Location:** Doha **Company:** Tek Solucoes LLC Position Summary The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate record\-keeping, assisting with reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with finance and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting systems * Process invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner * Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting * Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activities * Support budgeting and forecasting processes * Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations in Qatar * Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment and billing issues * Assist auditors by preparing required documentation and reports * Track and follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable * Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) * Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills * Good understanding of basic accounting principles * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently Preferred Skills * Experience working in a multinational or GCC\-based company * Knowledge of VAT regulations and local financial compliance in Qatar * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong problem\-solving mindset and attention to detail What We Offer * Competitive salary package * Professional growth opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Exposure to international business operations Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
