Work collaboratively within a team with professionalism and integrity **Job Summary** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support the organization’s financial integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. **Key Responsibilities** * Classify, record, and maintain accurate records of all deposit and disbursement transactions. * Enter and update financial data into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner. * Prepare periodic financial reports related to deposits and disbursements. * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper settlement of financial transactions. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting, Accounting, or a related field. **Experience** * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounting role. * Strong hands\-on experience in financial accounting and reporting. * Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. * Ability to analyze and interpret financial data with accuracy and attention to detail. * Practical experience with accounting software and financial systems. * Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and time management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools is an advantage. **Behavioral Competencies \& Work Conditions** * Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. * Maintains strict confidentiality of financial and organizational information. * Exhibits commitment, discipline, and accountability in all tasks. * Respects workplace policies and fosters a positive team environment. * Works collaboratively and follows management instructions effectively.
