Coordinate with other teams to support operational and sanitation requirements Key Responsibilities * Supervise and lead the cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the factory. * Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleaning activities and staff schedules. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company hygiene procedures. * Conduct routine inspections of production, warehouse, office, and common areas to maintain sanitation standards. * Train and coach cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods, chemical handling, PPE, and safety procedures. * Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper maintenance. * Maintain accurate cleaning records, checklists, and sanitation logs. * Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams to support operational and sanitation requirements. * Address hygiene issues promptly and implement corrective actions. * Promote a safe, organized, and compliant working environment while leading the team to achieve operational excellence.
