Summary: Supervise and lead mechanical maintenance activities for rotating and static equipment in an Oil & Gas environment, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Highlights: 1. Lead daily mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting for critical equipment. 2. Oversee work execution, safety, and compliance in industrial facilities. 3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities for rotating and static equipment. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. * Lead technicians during shutdowns, turnarounds, commissioning, and start\-up activities. * Ensure work is executed safely in accordance with PTW, LOTO, and company HSE procedures. * Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and daily safety briefings. * Review work orders, prioritize maintenance activities, and allocate manpower efficiently. * Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements and company standards. * Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. * Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Inspection, and Engineering departments. * Review and interpret P\&IDs, mechanical drawings, isometrics, equipment manuals, and technical specifications. * Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. * Prepare daily reports, maintenance documentation, and completion records. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. * **Valid QELNG Approval/Training Certificate (Mandatory).** * Minimum 8 **years of mechanical maintenance experience**, including at least **3 years in a supervisory role** within LNG, Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery facilities. * Strong knowledge of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and fans. * Experience with static equipment including valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, and tanks. * Excellent understanding of preventive maintenance, shutdown execution, and reliability practices. * Sound knowledge of Permit\-to\-Work (PTW), LOTO, confined space entry, and HSE regulations. * Ability to read engineering drawings, P\&IDs, and maintenance documentation. * Good leadership, planning, and communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as SAP PM. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working on QatarEnergy LNG or major LNG facilities. * Knowledge of international maintenance standards and QA/QC practices. * Strong troubleshooting and decision\-making skills. * Experience managing multicultural maintenance teams. **Benefits** * Competitive Salary * Accommodation \& Transportation * Medical Insurance * Annual Leave \& Air Ticket * Overtime as per company policy Pay: From QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
