Supervise finance team and drive business planning **Job Title:** Finance Manager **Location:** West Bay, Qatar **Company:** Gokil Gida **Office:** Office 31, Tornado Tower **Salary:** QAR 264,000 per year Job Summary Gokil Gida is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and support strategic business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and providing financial insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities * Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements. * Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Prepare management reports and financial presentations for leadership. * Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls. * Support strategic decision\-making through financial analysis and business planning. * Supervise and develop finance team members. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum 5–7 years of finance and accounting experience, including management responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. * Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational abilities. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent. * Experience within the food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or related industries. * Knowledge of Qatar financial regulations and tax requirements. * Experience in financial modeling and strategic planning.
