Resolve technical issues and provide engineering guidance We are seeking experienced **Resident Engineers** with **10\+ years of construction supervision experience** in **Roads \& Infrastructure** and **Structural Projects**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Oversee road, infrastructure, bridge, or structural works as applicable to the assigned project. * Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and productivity. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders. * Review method statements, material submissions, and inspection requests. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering guidance to site teams. * Ensure QA/QC and HSE requirements are implemented and maintained. * Prepare progress reports and support project handover activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **10 years of experience** in construction supervision. * Experience in either: * **Roads, highways, infrastructure, utilities, and transportation projects**, or * **Building, bridge, and structural construction projects**. * Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and site management. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. **Location:** Qatar ***Candidates with experience in either Roads or Structures are encouraged to apply and should clearly highlight their area of expertise in their application.*** Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month Work Location: In person
