Leadership opportunity in hospitality or event service We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Event Service Supervisor** to oversee front\-of\-house operations at our Ramadan Tent in Al Hamama, Doha. This is a seasonal position for the duration of Ramadan, ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, catering, or large\-scale event service. The Event Service Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating service teams, ensuring high standards of guest experience during Iftar and Suhoor, and supporting smooth daily operations in a high\-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate service staff during Iftar and Suhoor operations * Ensure guests are welcomed and served in a professional and respectful manner * Monitor buffet setup, food replenishment, and presentation standards * Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally * Assign duties and ensure effective teamwork during peak service hours * Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to maintain efficient service flow * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in accordance with Qatar standards * Monitor cleanliness of dining areas and service stations * Support staff briefing before each service period * Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily reporting Qualifications and Requirements: * Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or event service supervision preferred * Experience managing large guest volumes is an advantage * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment * Professional appearance and customer\-focused attitude * Basic English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and late nights during Ramadan * Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar Work Environment: * High\-volume seasonal event setting * Standing and walking for extended periods * Evening and late\-night shifts during Ramadan If you are an organized and service\-oriented hospitality professional looking for a seasonal leadership opportunity, we invite you to apply for the Event Service Supervisor position for our Ramadan Tent in Al Hamama.
