Requires proven experience as an MEP or Electrical Technician **Job Title: MEP Technician (CEP Competency Required)** **Location: Qatar** **Job Description:** We are looking for a qualified and experienced **MEP Technician** with strong electrical competency to join our team. Candidates applying for this role must be capable of performing duties related to **Competent Electrical Personnel (CEP)** requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities. * Perform power isolation activities in accordance with Energy Isolation Procedures (LOTO). * Conduct testing on isolated lines and circuits safely and accurately. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site procedures. * Support MEP maintenance activities including electrical systems, equipment, and installations. * Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for safe execution of work. Requirements: * Proven experience as an MEP Technician or Electrical Technician. * **Oil \& Gas experience required** * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures. * Ability to perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. * Experience in testing and isolating electrical circuits. * Familiarity with CEP standards and electrical competency requirements. * Diploma/ITI or equivalent technical qualification preferred. Preferred Skills: * Good troubleshooting and fault\-finding abilities. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay: QAR2,200\.00 per month Work Location: In person
