Manage and support the sludge operation team **Operation Foreman \- Sludge Management** Mind Stream is looking for an Operation Foreman to take charge of our sludge management and tanker discharge operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance across all processes. You will be instrumental in supervising our team, maintaining equipment, and upholding our commitment to environmental and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and manage tankers' discharge and sludge processing operations. \- Coordinate with Operation Lead and other departments for smooth sludge management. \- Monitor sludge treatment equipment, addressing operational issues promptly. \- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality regulations. \- Manage and support the sludge operation team, including guidance and performance evaluations. \- Prepare operational reports and implement emergency response procedures for incidents. **Requirements:** \- Technical Diploma in Environmental Engineering or Waste Management. \- Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills. \- Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities. \- Solid understanding of sludge treatment processes. \- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong English communication (written and spoken).
