Mind Stream is hiring an STP Operator to manage and maintain wastewater treatment plant operations. This role involves hands\-on equipment operation, process monitoring, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. **Responsibilities:** \- Operate and monitor STP equipment including pumps, blowers, filters, and clarifiers. \- Conduct routine inspections of plant machinery, processes, and control systems. \- Collect and analyze wastewater samples for basic parameters (e.g., pH, DO, TSS). \- Adjust chemical dosages and process parameters as directed by supervisor or SOPs. \- Accurately record operational data, readings, observations, and maintenance activities in logs. \- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies. **Requirements:** \- Proficiency in Plant Operations and Process Monitoring. \- Skills in Troubleshooting and basic equipment maintenance. \- Experience with Chemical Handling, Pump Operation, and Valve Operation. \- Ability to perform accurate Record Keeping. \- Certifications: H2S Awareness, Confined Space Entry Permit Holder, Basic Fire Fighting.
