Summary: Responsible for Quality Control activities to ensure construction material, process, and final unit quality standards are met. Highlights: 1. Ensure construction work aligns with drawings and specifications 2. Oversee quality testing of materials and construction phases 3. Ensure proper material usage and compliance with specifications **Job Summary:** Responsible for all activities related to the Quality Control to ensure that quality standards for construction materials, processes and final units are met. **Job Accountabilities:** · Ensure that contractors execute construction work at site according to the drawings and the specifications defined by the consultants. · Ensure that the contractor is using the proper materials at site according the specification. · Ensure that the contractor makes all the tests needed for materials and different work aspects according specification, laws and regulations. · Ensure the regular testing of materials used in construction and the inspection of each construction phase to make sure they comply with quality standards. · Oversee the handing over of units to customers and ensure that it is done according to customer's contract. **Qualifications:** * UPDA Grade **A** * ISO Lead auditor * **10** years of experience * **Ashghal** experience * 10 years experience in **consultancy firms** * Knowledge in **Revit** Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * What is your current salary? * What is your expected salary? * what is your notice period Experience: * Total: 10 years (Required) * Ashghal: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * UPDA Certificate \- Grade A (Required) * ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate (Required) Work Location: In person
