We are seeking an experienced, results\-driven Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and commissioning of commercial, industrial, and utility\-scale solar PV projects. In this role, you will be responsible for end\-to\-end project lifecycles—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with Qatari regulatory, safety, and engineering standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Project Lifecycle Execution: Lead solar and renewable energy projects from engineering design through procurement, installation, testing, and grid connection. * Budget \& Schedule Management: Develop detailed project timelines, manage resource allocation, and maintain strict financial control to hit margin targets. * Contractor \& Vendor Management: Supervise EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and field installation teams to ensure high\-quality workmanship and timely deliverables. * Regulatory Compliance \& Safety: Secure required permits and approvals from local utility bodies (Kahramaa) and government authorities while enforcing stringent HSE standards on site. * Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal executive leadership, delivering regular progress reports and risk management updates. **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in project management within the renewable energy or solar PV sector. * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred). * Solid understanding of solar PV system design, grid interconnection requirements, and Kahramaa standards in Qatar. * Proven track record of managing multi\-disciplinary engineering teams and external EPC contractors on commercial\-scale installations. * Excellent negotiation, risk assessment, and verbal/written communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a strong advantage). **What We Offer** * Competitive tax\-free salary package matched to regional experience * Comprehensive health insurance, annual flight allowance, and end\-of\-service benefits * Key leadership role in Qatar’s rapidly expanding clean energy market الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٧٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
