Stack received merchandise on pallets or carts. Complete order forms for inventory and procurement purposes. Promptly notify a supervisor/manager in case of stock depletion. Receive deliveries, properly store perishable goods, and manage stock rotation. Inspect deliveries and timestamps to verify freshness, cleanliness, compliance, and quality of batches. Reject damaged, non-compliant, or incorrect items. Adhere to sanitary regulations and established food-handling procedures in all food-related areas. Organize, clean, and disinfect refrigerators and freezers, floors, equipment, and pipelines. Remove empty pallets, cardboard boxes, and waste, placing them in designated storage areas. Report accidents, injuries, and any hazardous working conditions to the supervisor; attend required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Follow and implement all company chain policies and procedures; ensure wearing of a clean and complete uniform at all times; maintain a neat and professional appearance on the job site at all times; uphold confidentiality regarding brand- and/or hotel-specific information and protect all company assets. Use clear, courteous, and professional language when communicating with guests and fellow employees. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers; unite and support one another to achieve common goals. Comply with quality requirements and standards. Be capable of reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; grasping, rotating, and handling loads; climbing up and down stairs and/or service access points; moving, lifting, or carrying loads weighing up to 23 kilograms; and being accustomed to standing, sitting, and remaining active over extended periods. Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisors that are consistent with this position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent secondary-level qualification.
