Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary professionals and families The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and qualified **Occupational Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional committed to improving the independence, participation, and quality of life of individuals with disabilities through evidence\-based therapeutic practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high\-quality occupational therapy services within a supportive and collaborative environment that values professionalism, innovation, and person\-centered care. Key Responsibilities * Deliver occupational therapy services in individual, group, and classroom\-based settings. * Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ strengths and needs. * Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and intervention plans. * Apply evidence\-based therapeutic strategies to support functional development, participation, and independence. * Collaborate closely with educators, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective outcomes. * Support individuals with a wide range of developmental and behavioral needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention\-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and sensory integration challenges. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, assessments, and treatment records in accordance with professional and organizational standards. * Participate actively in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development initiatives. Minimum Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. * Valid professional certification and/or licensure as an Occupational Therapist. * Minimum of three (3\) years of relevant full\-time experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or educational settings. * Strong expertise in occupational therapy assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation. * Excellent organizational, documentation, and report\-writing skills. * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. * High level of professionalism, empathy, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
