Opportunities for architectural understanding and complex troubleshooting We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer with strong hands\-on expertise in Dell infrastructure solutions and VMware technologies. This role is intended for a high\-level technical professional and is not suitable for general IT administration candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, architecture understanding, troubleshooting, and advanced support of enterprise storage and virtualization environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and support Dell infrastructure solutions * Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support * Understand and support infrastructure architecture and best practices * Perform system health checks, upgrades, and maintenance * Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues * Support virtualization environments based on VMware technologies * Document technical procedures, configurations, and support activities **Required Technical Skills** Strong hands\-on experience with the following Dell technologies: * Dell VxRail * Dell PowerMax * Dell PowerScale * Dell PowerStore **Candidates must have experience in:** * Installation and deployment * Architecture design and understanding * Troubleshooting and advanced technical support **Additional Requirements:** * Strong practical experience with VMware technologies * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and manage critical technical issues * Good communication and customer\-facing skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Dell or VMware certifications are an advantage * Experience in enterprise data center environments * Knowledge of storage, virtualization, and infrastructure best practices **Experience Required** * Minimum 5\+ years of relevant hands\-on technical experience Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
