You will ensure our team has the hardware, software, and network reliability they need to succeed every single day. From troubleshooting complex network glitches to onboarding new team members with the perfect tech setup, your work will directly impact our daily success. **Key Responsibilities** * **Tech Rescue:** Provide day\-to\-day desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly. * **Infrastructure Management:** Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, servers, and peripheral devices. * **Network \& Security:** Monitor local networks (LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi) and ensure firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups are operating flawlessly. * **User Onboarding:** Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.) for new hires and existing staff. * **Vendor Coordination:** Work alongside local ISPs and IT vendors to resolve external service disruptions quickly. * **Documentation:** Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and create simple, user\-friendly tech guides for the team. **What We Are Looking For** * **Experience:** 2–5 years of proven experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support role. * **Technical Toolkit:** Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs), and troubleshooting hardware. * **The "Soft" Skills:** Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!).
