The ideal candidate must be familiar with the Qatari market and local regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven practical experience in Qatar (minimum 5–7 years). * Proficiency in dealing with official authorities (Municipality / MMUP). * Thorough knowledge of Qatari Construction Specifications (QCS). * Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit). **Space Planner & Concept Designer (Draftsman & Concepter)** **Job Title:** Architectural Space Planner and Concept Designer (3D Visualizer) **Job Description:** A creative space planner and concept designer is required to transform ideas into 3D renderings and precise construction drawings. **Requirements:** * Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape). * Ability to produce high-quality photorealistic renderings. * Accuracy and attention to detail.
