**DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT** is looking for **Architectural BIM Modeler** in **Doha, Qatar** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or related field. * 5–6 years of relevant experience as an **Architectural BIM Modeler**. * Experience working on **commercial, residential, or large\-scale projects** preferred. **Required Skills \& Competencies:** Strong hands\-on experience in: * Architectural BIM Modeling * Clash Coordination * Shop Drawing Preparation * Proficiency in **Autodesk Revit** (mandatory). * Good understanding of architectural construction detailing and materials. * Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination processes. * Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent. * Strong attention to detail and coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain **Architectural BIM models** at required LOD using Revit or similar BIM software. * Perform **clash detection and coordination** with structural and MEP disciplines. * Prepare and review **architectural shop drawings**, construction drawings, and as\-built drawings. * Ensure BIM models comply with **project standards, BIM execution plans (BEP), and client requirements**. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve design and constructability issues. * Update models and drawings based on design changes, RFIs, and site feedback. * Support BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving clashes. * Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control.
