Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Civil/Structural Design Engineer** to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, and documentation of civil and structural systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Perform structural analysis and design for civil and structural projects (steel, concrete, timber, etc.) * Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical reports * Develop construction documents and specifications * Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines * Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs * Ensure designs comply with local and international codes and standards * Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control * Conduct site visits and provide construction\-phase support as needed Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering * 9 years of relevant civil/structural design experience * Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, SAFE, RAM, or similar) * Experience with CAD and/or BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) * Strong understanding of engineering codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, Eurocodes, or equivalent) * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Personal \& Professional Skills * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Effective time management and organizational skills * Team\-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across disciplines * Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methods * Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ethics Job Type: Full\-time
