We are seeking an experienced **Façade Designer – Aluminum \& Façade** to lead the design and engineering of high\-performance façade systems for landmark commercial, residential, and institutional projects. This role combines technical excellence with creative problem\-solving to deliver solutions that are architecturally striking, structurally sound, and economically viable. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the design of various façade systems including **curtain walls**, **ACP cladding**, **glazing systems**, **spider systems**, **skylights**, and other complex building envelopes. * Convert architectural concepts into **engineered, buildable solutions** using industry standards and best practices. * Develop and review **shop drawings**, **fabrication drawings**, and **installation details** in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Coordinate with **architects, consultants, and project engineers** to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and aesthetic requirements. * Ensure all designs comply with **local and international codes**, including structural safety, thermal performance, acoustic insulation, and sustainability standards. * Perform **structural calculations** and performance analyses, such as wind load, thermal expansion, deflection, and system behavior. * Review **material specifications**, **technical submittals**, and façade components to ensure quality and suitability. * Provide **technical support during project execution**, including site coordination, design modifications, and troubleshooting. * Keep up to date with **façade industry innovations**, materials, tools, and construction technologies. * Mentor and support junior designers and **CAD technicians** to ensure project design integrity and accuracy. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture**, **Structural Engineering**, or a related discipline. * **5–10\+ years** of hands\-on experience in façade design, particularly with **aluminum and glass systems**. * Proficient in **AutoCAD**; * Deep understanding of **façade systems**, including design principles, materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes. * Ability to read and interpret **architectural and structural drawings** with accuracy. * Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of leading interdisciplinary discussions and resolving technical challenges. \* Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month
