The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage projects from concept through construction documentation. Key Responsibilities * Develop landscape design concepts, site plans, and planting plans * Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications * Conduct site analysis and client consultations * Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders * Ensure compliance with local zoning and environmental regulations * Assist with material selection and cost estimation * Conduct occasional site visits to monitor installation progress Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture * Licensed Landscape Architect (preferred but not required) * 2\+ years of professional landscape design experience * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Revit Job Type: Part\-time
