**Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise light construction projects from start to finish. * Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents. * Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needed for project execution. * Oversee subcontractors, site staff, and construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met. * Conduct site inspections and resolve on\-site issues or delays. * Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. * Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. * Assist in procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers and vendors. * Manage site documentation including daily logs, timesheets, inspection reports, and change orders. * Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals as needed. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in lighting design and project management (commercial \& residential). * Proficiency in lighting design software: Dialux, Relux, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. * Strong knowledge of lighting standards, codes, and sustainable lighting practices. * Experience in smart lighting systems (DALI, KNX, Lutron, etc.) is a plus. * Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills. * Creative eye for design with a strong technical background. * Location will be in **DUBAI** * SALARY OFFER\- Negotiable **Referred Qualifications:** * Professional Engineering License or certification (depending on region). * Experience with green building practices or LEED\-certified projects. * OSHA or other safety training certifications.
