This role will oversee conceptual design through design development, ensuring innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions that align with client goals and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a strong design leader with the ability to mentor teams, manage client relationships, and drive projects from concept to construction documentation. Key Responsibilities * Lead conceptual, schematic, and design development phases for multiple projects * Establish overall design vision, narrative, and architectural strategy * Prepare and present high\-quality renderings, drawings, and client presentations * Oversee production of architectural drawings and construction documents * Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, etc.) * Ensure compliance with zoning codes, building regulations, and industry standards * Incorporate sustainable and energy\-efficient design principles * Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff * Participate in business development efforts and client meetings * Conduct site visits to maintain design integrity during construction Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture * Licensed Architect required * 8\+ years of professional architectural experience * 3\+ years in a senior or lead design role * Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and built work * Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite * Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and materials * Excellent leadership and client communication skills Job Type: Full\-time
