**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Sales Engineer for Fire Fighting Systems (Mechanical). The successful candidate will combine expertise in mechanical engineering and fire protection systems with outstanding sales ability and customer focus. This role serves as a critical bridge between clients, sales, and our technical teams, driving business growth while ensuring client satisfaction with fire safety solutions. **Key Responsibilities – Sales Engineering and Mechanical Fire Fighting Systems** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Promote and sell mechanical fire fighting systems and solutions to new and existing clients, targeting commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. * Interpret customer requirements and design specifications to provide tailored fire fighting system proposals and quotations. * Conduct site visits and technical assessments to evaluate project requirements, compliance, and optimal fire protection solutions. * Work collaboratively with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure proposals, cost estimates, and submissions are accurate and technically feasible. * Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing technical queries and providing guidance on fire safety standards and regulations. * Oversee the sales cycle from initial enquiry through contract negotiation to post\-sales follow\-up, ensuring seamless handover to project delivery teams. * Support the business development process by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and attending industry events as needed. * Keep thorough records in the CRM system to enable sales reporting, quotation tracking, and pipeline management. ### **Required Skills – Mechanical Engineering, Sales, and Fire Protection Knowledge** * In\-depth mechanical engineering knowledge with a strong understanding of fire fighting system design, installation, and relevant codes (NFPA, UAE Fire \& Life Safety Code, or equivalent). * Proven sales skills in a technical or engineering environment, with the ability to identify customer needs and close business opportunities. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical details to a variety of audiences. * Competence in preparing technical documentation, specifications, and cost estimates. * Experienced user of CRM systems and common productivity tools. #### **Desired Traits – Problem Solving, Initiative, and Client Focus** * Strong troubleshooting and solution development skills, especially in fire safety applications. * Proactive approach and commitment to exceeding client expectations and business targets. * Collaborative team player with adaptability in a fast\-paced environment. * Detail\-oriented with the ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously. ##### **Qualifications \& Experience – Mechanical Engineering and Technical Sales** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or project engineering within the fire fighting, MEP, or building services industry. * Practical knowledge of fire suppression systems, sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, and associated mechanical equipment is highly preferred. * Familiarity with regional and international standards for fire safety and protection. ###### **What We Offer – Professional Growth and Supportive Environment** * Career advancement opportunities through ongoing technical and professional development. * Comprehensive onboarding and specialised fire fighting systems training. * Inclusive and supportive team culture, dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement. * Engagement with leading\-edge fire protection technologies and high\-profile projects.
