Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical environmental advice. Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Environmental Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in environmental management. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring environmental compliance, conducting environmental impact assessments, and supporting sustainable practices in project. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and provide recommendations for mitigating environmental risks. * Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and project specifications. * Support the development and implementation of Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and other environmental documentation. * Assist in obtaining environmental permits, approvals, and licenses required for project activities. * Ensure that sustainability practices are integrated into project planning and execution. * Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess environmental performance and identify areas for improvement. * Provide technical advice and training to project teams on environmental best practices. * Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address environmental concerns. * Prepare and maintain environmental records, reports, and compliance documentation. Qualifications: * Minimum 5\-7 years of experience as an Environmental Specialist, with hands\-on experience in Ashghal projects. * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. * Proven experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and environmental audits. * Ability to develop and implement environmental management plans and ensure compliance on large infrastructure projects. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Proficiency in environmental management software and tools.
