The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene, infection control, and team coordination in compliance with healthcare regulations in Qatar. **Key Responsibilities :\-** Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas of the medical center (clinical and non\-clinical). Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, hygiene standards, and cleanliness guidelines. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in patient areas, consultation rooms, laboratories, washrooms, and common areas. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Manage housekeeping staff schedules, duty rosters, and task assignments. Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, use of chemicals, and safety protocols. Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning materials and equipment. Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping\-related requirements promptly. Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as needed. Ensure compliance with Qatar health and safety regulations and internal policies. Handle complaints related to cleanliness and take immediate corrective action.
